谭松波（副研究员）

人物简历

谭松波，1997年考取哈尔滨工业大学信息与计算科学专业，2001年毕业获学士学位，同年考取该校硕士研究生，2003年毕业获硕士学位。2003年9月于中科院计算所攻读博士学位，2006年3月获得博士学位。

独立研制了高性能文本分类系统——ICTDRAP。该系统的试用版本已在网上公开发布，受到试用者的充分肯定。该系统已在大规模高速数据流过滤中得到应用。在路透社、Medline、中国数字图书馆等权威分类语料上进行的实验表明，ICTDRAP的分类精度与目前国际上最好的SVM分类器相当，但分类速度远远优于SVM，因而综合性能更佳。

近年来发表学术论文30余篇。其中国际会议19篇，国际刊物9篇。被SCI检索11篇，被EI检索25篇，被ISTP检索8篇。论文总引用次数超过200次，单篇引用超过20次的有4篇。
