个人简介

日本名古屋大学国际发展学博士,香港城市大学管理系组织行为和人力资源管理学教授。主要从事关于组织行为学以及中国的人力资源管理方面的学术研究,他的学术文章登刊在《应用心理学》杂志、《国际酒店管理》杂志、《组织行为、管理和组织测评》以及《亚太管理》等杂志之中。
