曾海波,南京理工大学纳米光电材料研究所所长、教授、博导。2006年博士毕业于中科院固体物理所,曾工作于中科院、德国、日本,先后获得首届国家优秀青年基金(2012年)、安徽省科学技术一等奖(2013年),现主持科技部973项目课题、国家自然科学基金等项目,担任南京理工大学学术委员会委员、Elsevier出版社《Current Applied Physics》编辑等学术兼职。

2018年5月,入选第三批国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才。

曾海波,1977年生,南京理工大学教授、博导、学术委员会委员,Elsevier出版社《Current Applied Physics》编辑。2006年中科院固体物理所获博士学位,随后工作于固体所、德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学、日本国家材料科学研究所、南京航空航天大学。2013年创建南理工纳米光电材料研究所,担任所长至今。先后获得首批国家优秀青年基金(2012)、霍英东教育基金会青年教师奖(2014)、第二批国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才(2015)。[1]

钙钛矿

LED

发展了全无机钙钛矿量子点的室温合成方法;揭示了其发光的多色、色纯、高效等优点及起源;率先构建了其广色域三基色电致发光QLED、高显色类太阳健康白光LED等新型显示原型器件。[1]

烯与锑烯等新型

二维晶体

在国际上率先理论设计了新型超薄二维半导体砷烯、锑烯 (Angew 2015, 54, 3112),揭示了新颖电子结构与蓝光器件应用前景 (Angew 2015, invited),获Nature等15个学术媒体亮点报道;在国际上首次观察到白石墨烯绝缘体-半导体转变 (NL 2010, 10, 5049),发展了白石墨烯三维泡沫的无模板大产量发泡合成方法 (NPG AM 2015, doi:10.1038/am.2015.8; am.2015.11),被NPG Asia Materials等评论为“白石墨烯的升起”、“理论和实验的桥梁”,单篇论文获SCI他引215次。

印刷制程柔弹性透明电极

发展了掺杂纳米晶的普适性一锅热解合成方法,实现了氧化锌纳米晶的高质量n型掺杂,大幅度提升了柔性电极性能(Angew 2015, 54, 462);实现了铜纳米线表面的镍合金化,将弹性电极稳定性由几天提高到1200多天,被NanoWerk等亮点评论为“最佳性能”、“超稳定的弹性电极” (NL 2014, 14, 6298);实现了氧化锌纳米线电输运的外延界面提高[2](Adv. Mater. 2013, 25, 5677);受邀发表“用于穿戴式器件的柔弹性电极”的综述论文(Angew 2015, DOI: 10.1002/anie.201501233R1 and 10.1002/ange.201501233R1)。[1]

氧化锌与碳点缺陷发光机制

发展了亚稳半导体纳米颗粒的液相激光烧蚀普适生长方法(JPCB 2005, 109, 18260),观察到非平衡过程诱导的亚稳缺陷态与新颖蓝色发光(APL 2006, 88, 171910),分别获得SCI引用240次、120次,受邀在Wiley John & Sons Publishers出版该领域英文编著;提出了氧化锌蓝色发光的间隙锌缺陷态模型 (AFM 2010, 20, 561),单篇论文SCI他引443次,同行评论“为设计与实现白光LED提供了新思路”;提出了调控碳点发光特性的表面态工程 (Scientific Reports, 2014, 4, 4976),实现了碳点高效固态发光与背光源白光LED,ChemistryViews等亮点报道“低成本环境友好的荧光粉与白光LED” (Angew 2015, 54, 1759),发展了提升碳点电子转移与光催化能力的铜氮共掺方案 (Angew 2015, DOI: 10.1002/anie.201501912),以发光纳米晶为主题,发表综述两篇(AFM 2012, 22, 1333; 2015, 50, 5050);提出了改善氧化锌光催化性能的空心壳层与肖特基界面协同增强策略(ACS Nano 2008, 2, 1661),获SCI引用300余次,入选“百篇最具影响国际学术论文”;实现了大面积氧化锌阵列有序度、密度、锥度调控及场发射性能提高(AFM 2009, 19, 3165),获SCI引用130余次。[1]
