工程管理学科的教育观点

工程管理是当前国内外最活跃的研究领域之一，目前此学科教育已经涵盖全寿命周期的管理理念，随着工程规模大型化、技术复杂化、管理现代化和投资国际化等新形势，可持续发展、精益建造等思想以及信息技术的飞速发展也使得工程建设本身的内涵更加丰富且多样化，这一方面为传统以建设阶段为导向的工程管理教育研究提出了挑战，另一方面也为此领域的发展提供了更广阔的空间，在未来的发展过程中，学生需要从管理、心理、金融、社会学等不同的视角来看待工程管理领域的问题。而中国建设业“走出去”趋势的升级和“一带一路”的深度融合也为我们提供了很多有价值的研究问题，高素质的风险、合同管理人才将一直都是工程管理培养的重点方向。

同时工程管理是一门实践性强的交叉学科，本人多年来一直从事工程领域的风险管理研究工作，尤其专注于“一带一路”背景下中国承包商走出去在海外项目实施过程中风险管理、合同管理、保险管理等。随着国家“一带一路”的不断推进，我们所碰到的工程系统性问题更加复杂、工程远超过建设行为本身影响，更多地体现了国家战略与新兴产业的发展动向。专注于为工程管理领域培养出更多懂风险、懂法律、懂合同的复合型人才一直是工程管理专业之目的，而这样的人才对我国的工程管理水平的提升、国际承包能力的加强和投融资的开拓等都有相当积极的现实意义。
