王志洪，男，1967年生，浙江富阳人。中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所研究员，博士生导师。?

1989年毕业于原长春地质学院地质系，

1992年和1995年分别获南京大学地球科学系构造地质学专业硕士和博士学位，

1995-1998年在中国科学院地质研究所从事博士后研究。

2003年11月至2004年11月在加拿大蒙特利尔大学以高访学者和博士后身份从事合作研究；

2005年7-10月在香港大学开展合作研究。

主要从事造山带构造-岩浆过程和区域构造研究，已发表第一作者SCI论文十多篇。
