漫散射实验站

一、简介

北京正负电子对撞机储存环I区的Wiggler插入件1W1引出了两条同步辐射光束线1W1A和1W1B,这两条光束线位于北京同步辐射装置12号实验厅。漫散射实验站利用1W1A光束线提供的双聚焦单色X射线,开展晶体及薄膜材料的结构研究。

二、研究范围

漫散射实验站可以开展晶体材料中的缺陷,薄膜、多层膜的表面/界面,纳米材料结构等研究。

三、 ;研究方法和发展方向

X射线共面衍射/散射,X射线掠入射衍射/散射,X射线反射率/非镜面散射,X射线掠入射小角散射等。

四、 ;束线结构

1W1A光束线的主要光学元件包括斜切弯晶单色器和平面压弯反射镜。斜切弯晶单色器距光源19米,实现1W1A束线的单色化及水平聚焦,并达到与1W1B光束线的分束的目的。平面压弯反射镜位于弯晶单色器后1.6米处,用于实现光束的水平聚焦并有效的抑制高次谐波。

单色光能量:  8.05keV,13.9 keV

单色光能量分辨率: 4.4 ´ 10-4 (@8.05keV)

聚焦光斑尺寸(mm2):0.7(l) ´ 0.4(w)
