郑成超 男,1962年1月生,山东临朐人。博士,教授,博士生导师,长江学者创新团队负责人。现任山东农业大学生命科学学院院长。

1982年毕业于山东农业大学;

先后获山东农业大学农学硕士和中国农业大学理学博士学位;

1989年2月至6月赴丹麦哥本哈根研修种子技术;

1992年1月至1996年1月赴美国加利福尼亚大学戴维斯分校植物生物学系留学,主要从事植物分子生物学方面的研究;

2001年作为教育部选派的高级访问学者赴美国北卡罗莱纳大学合作研究,主要进行了转基因表达调控的研究。

研究方向

1.植物重要功能基因的克隆、鉴定与利用:

以重要农作物小麦、玉米、棉花、烟草以及模式植物拟南芥为研究材料,克隆与作物发育、抗逆性等密切相关的功能基因,探讨这些基因的表达模式及其调控机制,研究其在作物遗传改良上的利用价值,获得拥有我国自己专利或知识产权的基因,为生物技术育种提供基因资源。

2.基因表达调控元件的鉴定与应用:

人为控制外源基因在转基因作物的特定器官、特定时期表达,必须依靠组织专一型启动子、发育诱导型启动子和其它基因表到调控元件。本方向主要研究各类启动子的表达调控机制和应用,染色质重塑与基因表达,核基质结合序列MAR(matrix attachment region)对转基因表达的调控机制与应用。
