刘兴钊, 1962年出生,教授和博士生导师,1995年在日本德岛大学获得系统工程博士学位。1984年和1992年获哈尔滨工业大学学士和硕士学位,1995年获日本德岛大学博士学位,1984年-1998年哈尔滨工业大学电子与通信工程系助教、讲师、副教授、教授,1998年-现在上海交通大学电子工程系教授、博士生导师。
