1997-2000 中国科学院生物物理研究所,分子生物学硕士,导师为董贻诚研究员和吴伸副研究员。
2000-2003哥廷根大学(University of Goettingen)结构化学系,自然科学博士(Dr.rer.nat.),专业方向为结构生物学和结构化学,导师为世界著名晶体学专家,英国皇家科学院院士George M. Sheldrick教授。
2004-2007 欧洲分子生物学实验室汉堡分部(EMBL, Hamburg),合作导师为Matthias Wilmanns 博士。
2008 马克斯普郎克协会结构分子生物学研究单元(Max-Planck Structural Molecular Biology Research Unit at Hamburg),合作导师为Hans D. Bartunik博士。
