主要研究成果
主持国家自然科学基金一项,参与973项目、国家自然科学基金和重大基金各一项,在包括J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem. Commun., Adv. Func. Mater., Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Phys. Chem. B, Chem. Eur. J.等国外著名期刊上共发表被SCI收录论文110余篇,引用过1300次,H指数为22。
首先发现了具有驻极体效应的硅纳米线并用于纳米发电机的制备,成果发表在Nano Lett.上;首次观测到氢饱和的硅纳米线具有优异的光催化活性,成果发表在J. Am. Chem. Soc.上;首次利用流体的流动进行催化剂图案化,并生长硅纳米线阵列,发表在Chem. Commun.上,是封面文章和热点文章,并有很高的评论;利用钒酸银为基底进行表面增强拉曼研究,在极低浓度下可得到罗丹明6G、TNT、结晶紫和牛血清白蛋白的拉曼信号,该工作可用于食品安全、反恐检测,论文发表在Chem. Commun.上,是封面文章和热点文章;利用二步法得到了氧化硅/氧化铝异质结构,得到强而稳定的蓝色发光,论文作为封面文章发表在Appl. Phys. Lett.上;利用一维纳米材料作生物传感器,用来探测葡萄糖和牛血清白蛋白,论文分别发表在Adv. Func. Mater.、Appl. Phys. Lett.和Nanotechnology上;与以色列著名科学家A. M. Panich进行国际合作,对硒化铊纳米棒进行了体积诱导的半金属-半导体相变的研究,其研究结果发表在Physical Review B上。
在国内外会议上做学术报告10次,其中特邀报告1次,担任的国际杂志Journal of Nanoengineering and Nanomanufacturing和Frontiers of Optoelectronics in China的Guest Editor.
