姚金城,男,汉族,1978年生于新疆塔城地区,工学硕士,中国科学院新疆理化技术研究所副研究员。2001年6月毕业于四川大学获理学学士学位,2007年6月毕业于电子科技大学获工学硕士学位,2007年7月到中国科学院新疆理化技术研究所参加工作,主要从事负温度系数氧化物热敏陶瓷材料的制备及器件设计研究。参与国家863计划、国家自然科学基金、国家可靠性增长、国家批生产、国家技术基础科研等多个项目,已发表研究论文10余篇,制订产品质量标准1项。
